Angus Cameron
Founding Partner
Angus’ US capital market experience began in 1996 with the apartment REIT, BRE Properties, where he underwrote and negotiated the aquisition of exisitng & development investments in California, Washington, and Oregon, including the “Up REIT” acquisition of Trammel Crow South West’s full development and existing apartment portfolio.
In 2000, Angus joined Cohen Financial the Real Estate Investment Bank with offices in seven national markets where he arranged equity & debt structures for private & institutional developers and investors in office, hotel, condo and development assets on the West Coast and Hawaii.
In anticipation of the capital markets disruption that was evident by early 2007, Angus and Heather formed OFI to address the Great Financial Crash from the distressed lender & investors perspectives, helping investors react to upside down assets and little liquidity.
OFI was an early WeWork investor and co-work developer, as well as a hotel development partner with Oxford Capital group for two San Francisco projects.

Heather sits at the intersection of finance, real estate, and technology at OFI. With a career defined by scaling business operations through digital transformation, Heather is responsible for integrating advanced technology products and innovative workflows into all OFI services.
Before joining OFI, Heather built a reputation for leading high-performance research groups across the real estate and fintech sectors. This included roles at industry-leading organizations such as Credit.com, The Mark Company, Guardian Marketmaker, and TSYS. Through these experiences she developed a unique real estate finance practice—one that moves beyond traditional modeling to embrace a deep, data-driven understanding of market volatility and strategic financing.
At OFI, Heather leverages this background in data science and market analytics to bring clients the highest-value solutions.
